Role of this site

This site is an independent information and referral publisher operated by the party named in the footer. It is not a contractor, does not perform sidewalk work, and does not hold a contractor's license. Nothing on the site is an offer to perform work.

Information limitations

The information here is general. It describes repair methods, cost drivers and inquiry preparation for commercial walkways in plain terms, based on published sources that are listed in each page's record. It is not engineering advice, legal advice, or an assessment of any specific walkway. No page states whether a walkway complies with any accessibility standard or removes any legal exposure, and no such conclusion should be drawn from a page or from a photograph.

Inquiries

An accepted submission records your request and queues a notification to the operator. It does not book an assessment, reserve a date, create a contract with the operator or with any contractor, or guarantee a response within any particular time unless one is stated on the contact page. Any agreement for work is made directly between you and a provider, never through this site.

Providers, once introduced

If the site introduces you to a repair provider, that provider is a separate business. It is responsible for its own assessment, quote, work, pricing, warranties and conduct. The operator verifies the provider's identity, services and coverage before an introduction but does not supervise its work and makes no guarantee about it. Any agreement for work is between you and the provider.

Communications

The operator will contact you only about your inquiry, using the method you chose. The operator does not add inquirers to marketing lists. If the site ever offers a newsletter or similar, it will be a separate, unbundled choice.

Accuracy and corrections

The operator aims to keep pages accurate and up to date and records a review date for each page. If you find an error, use the correction route on the about page.

Complaints

If you believe an inquiry was mishandled or that something on this site is misleading, contact the operator through the footer. Complaints are acknowledged and investigated by the operator personally. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under applicable consumer protection law.
