Privacy notice
This notice describes what the site actually does with information. It is written to match the implemented system and is updated whenever that system changes. The operator and the contact address for privacy requests are shown in the footer of every page once confirmed.
Who operates this site
The operator named in the footer is the party responsible for this site and for the information collected through it. Where the operator uses a third party to store or process inquiries, that party acts on the operator's instructions and is listed below.
What is collected
Browsing the site collects nothing that identifies you. The site does not use analytics scripts, advertising trackers, or third-party embeds at present. If analytics are ever added, this notice will say which service, what it records, and how consent is handled.
Sending the inquiry form collects: your name; at least one contact method (email or phone); your preferred contact method; the city; the property type; the category of repair question; a short description you write; and, if you choose to provide them, your organization's name, the number of affected locations, your role, and your timing. The form also records which version of the consent wording you saw, the page you sent it from, the date and time, and the operating mode of the site at that moment. The site does not collect a street address or photographs through the form.
Why it is collected
To respond to your inquiry, to understand what property managers in these cities are asking about, and, only with your separate permission, to introduce you to a verified repair provider.
Who can see it
The operator, and the processors that store or transmit inquiries on the operator's behalf: the hosting database and the email provider named below, which handle inquiry data only for the operator. A repair provider receives an inquiry only with your prior permission: if a verified provider is later introduced and your inquiry is relevant, you will be asked before anything is shared, and the permission and recipient are recorded. Inquiries received before a provider was introduced are not transferred without a fresh request to you.
Processors
Inquiries are stored in a database hosted by the operator's cloud provider, with access limited to the operator. Notifications to the operator go through the operator's email provider. The specific services are listed here once the production environment is confirmed.
How long it is kept
Inquiries that do not lead to a service relationship are deleted 90 days after receipt. Obvious spam is deleted sooner. An inquiry that does lead to a service relationship is kept for the life of that relationship and any follow-up it requires, then deleted within 90 days of the relationship ending. Deletion covers the live record, any export, and backups as they expire on the operator's documented schedule. This retention period is the operator's current policy and may change; the current period is always stated here.
Your requests
You can ask what is held about you, ask for a correction, or ask for deletion, using the privacy contact in the footer. Deletion removes the record from the live database and any exports; backups expire on the schedule described in the operator's records.
Security
The inquiry form submits over HTTPS. Free-text fields are stored as text and never rendered as code. Contact details are excluded from logs and analytics.
Changes
Material changes to this notice are dated at the top of the page and, where the change affects how existing inquiries are used, existing inquirers are asked to confirm before the new use applies. See also the terms.
